Shipping policy

Xalibu skis conception inc. offers delivery within Canada (Canada Post) and to the United States (USPS).

Typical transit time is 2 to 7 business days for Canada and 4 to 7 business days for the U.S. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday).

After placing an order, you can expect your package to be shipped within 2 business days.

Shipping is free on all orders over $149.

For international shipping, typical transit time is 5 to 10 days, but there may be customs delays of several weeks. International shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size and destination. International orders may be subject to taxes or duties. The customer is always responsible for any charges associated with their purchase.
